It’s easy to become consumed by the political and cultural battles around us. News headlines, elections, and public debates can leave us feeling as though everything depends on what happens here and now.
Yet Scripture reminds us that while we live in earthly nations, our deepest identity belongs somewhere else. We are citizens of heaven, called to live faithfully in this world without placing our hope in it.
